Our blades are wire cut from hardened alloy steel plate, which is then temperated and roller tentioned. The bores are also wire cut to ensure the precision sizing. The PCD tips are laser cut from fine selected PCD plate to give long lasting performance. The PCD tips can be rasharped and retipped for longer cutting life. The blade has been electrplated for anti-rust purpose.
